My alternator went out last week. The owner diagnosed it quickly, and dropped a new alternator in no time! Price was outstanding, and the staff were great! Would definitely recommend JoJo's for any of your auto needs!!

Do not go here. Especially for an alignment. Got my vehicle back from them was told a tie rod was bad on the driver's side needed replacement but they proceeded with an alignment. Which you can't do. Took it to Porters Tire 6 days later when they had an opening . Vehicle was way out of alignment and no tie rod needed to be replaced. Just save time and hassle and find somewhere else for your service besides jo jo.

I found Jojo's when my brakes were grinding, my engine wasn't tightly mounted anymore, and my check engine light was on. They partner with Acima, which in my time if financial need, allowed me to finance work in my car. The diagnostic was very fast and thorough. I found out more work was needed on my car than I thought, but Ericka itemized everything nicely, and I was able to prioritize the work to be done. All of my repairs were completed quickly and efficiently. I will be back any time I need service on any vehicle! Thank you so much, Jojo's!

Went to JoJo's tire and auto to get an estimate on tires, brakes and rotors for my subaru, the price was amazing, they went above and beyond to accommodate my crazy work schedule to get me in and taken care of quickly. Most places you go will quote you a bunch of extras and BS, not Ericka she was straight forward told me what was needed and what was not. This is now my go to for all my vehicle maintenance.

Went into jojo’s for a scheduled wheel alignment & was told that my inner tie rod was dangerously close to failure & it needed to be fixed as soon as possible. I took my car home without the service to evaluate the best course forward despite numerous warnings from the technicians. I got home & discovered the technicians hadn’t tightened the tie rod nut back onto my car. Not tightening it back on could’ve lead to serious steering failure. I performed the necessary procedure (which I found online) to check if the tie rod was shaky/unsteady & both front wheels barely budged & made no clunking noises when I rocked the tire side to side. My tie rods were completely fine & didn’t need any work done on them. This was only corroborated when I went to another mechanic & they said the tie rods were still fine. Jojo’s is a scam, just because they have pink signage doesn’t mean they won’t scam you. Don’t trust the mechanics here to give a proper examination of your car unless you want a $500 bill or leave with a damaged vehicle In response to your comment: I took my vehicle here to get my alignment, I had no issue taking it home without it to reconsider my decision since I was given an estim
